IT for Logistics

Freight-moving IT for carriers, brokers, and warehouses. When the truck rolls at 4 AM, your systems better be up.

Logistics IT Runs When Nobody's Watching

Your dispatch runs 24/7. Your EDI never sleeps. Your warehouse management system is your customer's inventory visibility. Every IT failure means a truck sitting, a customer calling, and a shipper losing confidence.

Wizcom supports carriers, freight brokers, and warehouse operators across Michigan. We know the TMS platforms, the EDI feeds to shippers, and what happens when a 4 AM dispatcher can't log in.

Whether you're a regional carrier with fifty tractors or a broker running fifty loads a day, the underlying job is the same: IT that treats overnight uptime as production time, not off-hours.

The Sunday Night Outage That Would Have Cost Monday Morning

A regional freight broker's dispatch system went down Sunday night at eleven. Their previous IT vendor was "24-hour only for critical issues" but critical was subjective and their on-call engineer wasn't answering.

They called us at midnight. Our on-call engineer had them back up by two in the morning, three hours before Monday's 4 AM start. Root cause was a database service that hadn't restarted after a Windows update. Not glamorous. Just fixed.

They'd been paying their previous vendor for weekend coverage they didn't actually get.

They moved to us the next quarter. Seven years and counting.
